How does it work
The student gets points for each correct answer and a point deduction for each incorrect answer.How to add the marking rules?
There are two different ways.- If you want to give one point per correct answer option, you use the following switch:
- If you want to give more or less than one point per correct answer option, you add a marking rule for each correct answer as in the images below.
In this case, the student receives a half point for each correct answer. In the case of an incorrect/missing answer, a half point is deducted.
Here, the student receives one point per correct answer selection and five points if all answer selections are correct. One point is deducted for each incorrect answer selection:
Here, the student has selected three correct answers and has correctly not selected the incorrect answer option Helsinki. Therefore, the student receives four points:
In the following example, with five correct answer options, the student has to select at least three correct answer options. One point is deducted for each incorrect answer.
Good to know
