Here, you can read more about Marking rules for auto-marked exams.

2. Add marking rules
The marking rules decide the marking on the questions in the exam.
We've got a complete guide for our marking rules here: How do marking rules work?
3. Handle and preview
After creating a question, defined the answer/-s, and added the marking rules of your choice, the exam will be placed at the bottom of your exam.
Here you can edit/remove and add new questions or add subquestions for already created questions.
You're free to add as many questions as you like, and can arrange them in the order of your choice.
To preview the exam and try out the marking rules you click on the magnifying glass in the menu to the left in the exam editor.
By activating "marking" in the menu to the left, you get the possibility to try your exam and make sure that everything works as you like.
4. Save
When you are done creating your exams, you add the exam configurations in the third step where you have the options to:
- Randomize the order of the questions
- Hide the points for students during the exams
- Show the results for students when handing in.
To make the marking process easier for you as a teacher, please note that the questions for all students will be shown in the same order in the results view.
In the third step in the exam creator, you can give students access to accessibility- and subject tools, and choose a suitable security mode.
When you're done creating the exam, it will be placed at the top of your exam list.
