Why do I not receive a verification email?
When registering an account on Exam.net, you will receive a verification email, but sometimes it gets stuck along the way. There are several different causes for this - a couple of them are listed below:
You already have an account
We will not send an email if you already have an account registered with the entered email address.
Instead, try to sign in to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgotten password" function on the login page.
The email has ended up in the spam folder
Check that the email has not ended up in the spam folder.
None of the above helps
