Create, manage and organise your groups

  • Create group

    1. To create a group, go to the Exam list

    2. At the bottom of the page (but above the archive), you will find the "Create new group" button.

    3. Choose a name and color for your group, and click Save

    Move group

    To move a group, use the arrow icons in the upper right corner of the group's menu.

    Note that you cannot change the order of the following groups in the exam list:

    • Archive - always hidden at the very bottom
    • My Exams - always at the top
    • Exams shared with me - are always at the bottom (but above the Archive).

    Move exams between groups

    In a group, you can manage two or more exams - at the same time. 

    Move a single exam:

    1. In the exam list, locate the exam you want to move to the group and click on the three dots to the right of the exam name.

    2. In the menu that appears, select Move to group.

    3. Select the group and click Move.

    Move multiple exams to a group simultaneously:

    1. To do this, check the box in front of the exams you want to move and click on the "Move" icon in the group menu.

    2. select the group, and then click Move.
