If a student needs to switch to another keyboard language during an exam, it might require changing the keyboard language settings on the student's device or in the Google admin console.

If the exam is carried out in the browser mode the student can add the language on the device according to the following instructions: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/1059492?hl=en&sjid=9836862640470108548-EU

Should the student not have access to the above mentioned setting, the school's/organization's Google administrator might have to add the keyboard layout in the admin console:

If the exam is carried out in high-security mode in our kiosk app, the keyboard language has to be added in the admin console by the Google administrator:

As soon as the student has access to the correct language(s), it is possible to switch the keyboard input method in the Exam.net student view by using the keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+SPACE.
