Give students access to an exam

For students to be able to enter an exam, it must first be opened for access.
Here you also have the option to close the exam for access. When you close an exam, it only affects access for new participants. Students who have already entered the exam are not impacted.
Close the exam during the exam session.
Once all students have entered the exam, you can close the exam to avoid unauthorized persons entering the exam or students registering multiple times.
"Discoverable" means that new participants enter a lobby and cannot start the exam until you have opened it.
You can schedule the opening of an exam.
When the exam opens for access, it will be displayed as "Open" in the exam list.
To schedule an exam, choose "Scheduled" in the drop-down menu and select the start date and start time.
In the exam list, a calendar icon will show next to the exam name to indicate that this exam will open automatically for access.
