Question:Is it possible to allow a specific homepage at Exam.net (ie allowlist a specific site) while the student is prevented from all other sites?

Answer: Yes, with some restrictions. When creating an exam, in the Student workspace area, the teacher can choose to add "External resources". Here the teacher can allow URLs allowing the students to access the added websites during the exam. Please note that you must use a high-security mode (or disable cheat protection) to use this function.

Also, note that not all websites allow embedding. Preview the exam using the same setup that students will connect to the test through to confirm that your requested resource works.
